7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)?

I believe I should become Maintenance Command because I feel like a lot of maintenance have lots of questions and maybe as a command I can show and train more people. I'm also quite well at cleaning up bodies, bullets, and most of all TRASH. With command I could also show newer maintenance members where all the sewers are as well as showing how to get more armor charges and other things people get confused with. I'm also very cautious while giving out armor and always make sure other maintenance do the same. And I'm planning on training lots of people now that I've got a clear section of school for a while, and I always like when people flag up to get trained. Because that means I can get more maintenance personnel into this branch

[The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.]

8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this?

I would first ask them nicely because I usually don't like being rude, but if they still refuse to I would see if I can get cuffs on him and bring him back in. If that doesn't work then I'll just shoot them and have them respawn inside the training room. Then I would tell them the do's and don'ts when coming into maintenance. Then I will continue with the training with some cation when people are opening and closing the doors.

8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation?

Well I'd ask them to stop as they can injure other maintenance staff. If they still continue I'd give them a verbal warning and tell them if they do it again they would get a strike. THEN if they still continue I'd cuff them give them a repeat of the rules for the maintenance weapons and how to use them. Then give them a strike for breaking SOP rules multiple times.

8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps?

First I would fine the JM and take them aside then give them a repeat of the rules that they were breaking as a refresher of the rules should remind them about what to do. I'd also give them a verbal warning and if they do it again they would get a strike. If they were to continue I'd cuff them and then tell them what they did wrong and give them a warning and as JM's are on a one strike policy I would demote them.
