However, as I rose through the ranks in IC, I began to learn the history of IC Command, and how Bear was a major part of it. What I'm trying to say is, I don't really know Bear but I've heard a lot about him. From what I've heard when he was a trooper and low command, and what I've seen from him as AHC and SHC, I believe he definitely deserves this spot. He's put in the work, the time, and has proven he can get results.
