Why should we trust you with a NCO rank? (120 words)

During my time in Gaming Light I have been starving to be the best trained and kind individual so people can enjoy the server as I do. I have been an Officer and NCO in other battalions and branches. I do not minge and hold myself to the highest standards when it comes to roleplaying. I have a great amount of knowledge and insight to help others and improve this battalion for the best of everyone. I always have positive interactions and attitude with other Star fighters and make their time exciting and fun through all my dad jokes and funny interactions. I hope that I can help to improve this battalion and to gain more members in the future. I hope to make Star Fighters the best battalion on Gaming Light!

What can you do to assist Officers with this rank? (50 words)

I can help officers by supporting and improving current sub-battalions and the main battalion. Also by following their orders to a tee. Because of my prior roles I know how to correct enlistees who are fooling around. While also being a NCO I will gather knowledge from the Officers to improve myself the best I can.

What is the main point of NCO? (60 words)

The main point of NCO's is to bring in more Star Fighters through tryouts. Also to make the battalion fun and exciting through hosting Sims. As a NCO you are the teacher while the enlisted are your students. You must help the ranks below you to achieve greatness within the branch. As a NCO you are the role model for the battalion and the enlisted.

Question, what would happen if you see a enlisted not following orders and they are messing around? (75 words)

Firstly I would tell the enlisted to stop what he is doing. Then I would take him aside and explain to him what the issue is with what he is doing, with a warning given after. If he doesn’t follow the prior advice given to him I would report his actions up the Chain of Command with a video clip. Then he would get someone with the proper authority to give him repercussions for his actions.

Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the Enlisted rank?

Yes I agree
