(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the rank as The staff team seems fun. I can make sure during the late night hours no one is rule breaking [By that No one is being racist or extremly toxic as thats where there is some late night minges] As I am on during the late night hours. The staff team seems chill and hilarious to be in. I Know the basic ULX Commands, And I also think it can be a fun expirence to be in. Now I know I will have to do my trial peroid first and become Moderator eventually to then go back within the ET Team, which is fine. I just think staff can show that I can do more leadership, and always follow the rules [like i always do] So Becoming staff would be a blast and I would love to go through the ranks and what not and learn. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first of all !gag * there name* and tell them at NO Point should they ever be toxic to a staff member within a sit or not in a staff. I would look at there warns and see if this is either there first time doing this, or they've done it multiple times. I would tell them the punishments they would be receving which is [MRDM, and Staff Dis] And tell them that they are receving a 5 day ban for Mass RDM . I will them they are allowed to appeal on the fourms if they wish. I will then Inform the Next rank above me [Which Is Mod] to ban them for 5 days. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? I will explain to them in a kind matter. That " If you do not start caring about the punishments, breaking rules over and over you have the possibilty to be banned. I will not warn you I will only give you a verbal warning dont let this happen agian I belive in you. I will sent you back." I feel that if we are always being kind like it says within our handbook people will start to care about the punishments they receive. If they do it agian for whatever rule they were breaking I will bring them back and tell them " I told you to follow the rules, you broke my trust. I will be giving you a warn for" * the rules they broke* " Please make sure to follow the rules on our fourms. I believe in you, dont break any more rules."
