Yes How long have you been in Royal Guard? 15 days Why do you want to become a Trial Senior? [150+ words] Well, I want to help Royal Guard. I won't keep or improve the standards of the royal guard. Make sure all cadets understand the rules and coc of the royal guard. I want to help make sure all active NCO is doing their quote of the month. Help the new NCO with training ideas and assist them with training if they need help. Like setting up a simulation for the first time. Help guide new cadets to reach their goals in the battalion. I want to maximize the potential in the NCO corps as they progress through their ranks as NCOs. Also want to maximize the potential of cadets through their ranks and also help them become more than ready for NCO. Also want to work with other officers and the command team to help guide the royal guard to become a greater battalion. I want to help other people nco reach the officer in the royal guard. How could you assist Royal Guard command with this rank? [100+ words] I can help the command team by making sure the cadet understands the rules of the Royal Guard. Make sure active and good cadets that deserve promotions get it like when there's a CDT and they have been playing for 3 days and no one has promoted them I would asset see how they are doing and then decide if they should get promoted. I want to help train people that just nco on how to operate as an NCO. Help the new nco with their first training since they are new to it. Also if there is and minging on the royal guard life I will report it and help deal with the problem that is happing. How many strikes do you have? none Do you have any prior experience in being an Officer? (If yes, explain) Not on this server but on another server I was Officer in the 212th attack battalion and made it to 1LT. On the same server, I was Ki Adi Mundi which I lead to the whole regiment because to commander was super inactive. What Qualifications could you bring too the Royal Guard Officer Team? Well, I am an examiner of shadow guard and I try to push new members of the royal guard to be better themselves. Do you understand that if you are Accepted, you will be on a 2 Week Trial Period? This is one of the biggest +supports i can give i have watched you improve your skill and improve your self as a person the whole time i have known you.
