So I am reporting him for kidnapping me for over the 15 minutes. UMC Chipdail kidnapped me then drove around for a little then hung me off of the ravine then I was left the for about 23ish minutes while I waiting for him to return and let me go and when he never showed up to release me I called a staff sit against him and to let me go and they told me it wasn't a valid report for the 15 minutes but they did let me go. Evidence (required): (Screenshots and if the staff and player will admit to it) What do you believe should happen to the player: I believe he should be warned for this. (The member of staff that said it was not a valid report was UMC Will so I thought there was so bias so I told him I would make a player report) Any extra information: I want that a UMC member took the report and he said he should call someone else since he was UMC since there was nobody else and when we asked for another staff it was Will and Will starting making up rules and when we looked at the Forums there was nothing and he couldn't list the rule that said it was an invalid report.
