I would like to just go beyond training officers for the field, I want to be a role model and leader that they can go to without the feeling of being judge, or criticized for whatever issues they may be having. I would like to be someone that lower ranks can come talk to freely and openly anytime they need anything. I enjoy answering questions or giving guidance to lower officers who are looking for such. I would like to better the officers that come in and out of Rockford Police Department. I want to help shape the future of the Police Department and officers and supervisors within it. I would like to bring amazing roleplay scenarios to the server as well as the PD. I have previous experience in PD command which helps me with leadership skills as well as how to work well with others. I have great communication skills and I can work with anyone easily on any task given at hand. I am not a biased person and don't let feelings of what someone says or does get in the way of ruling the difference between right and wrong. I am organized when it comes to tasks and I always get things done in a timely manner. I believe that I would be a great candidate for PD command from all the reasons stated above.
