Why should we add it? - It is very odd how much lower the salaries for EMS are. For example, the Head Deputy of EMS gets paid as much as a Patrol Officer and the Chief of EMS gets paid less than any other gov job in any other department. (Excluding PD & FBI) What are the advantages of having this? - It makes EMS more enjoyable to play and balances it with other departments.
