Add more time for muscle mass to go down - Denied

What you want to see? - I want to see at least a week where we drop a level in a category, not 2 hours. This could be balanced to where you loose 1-2 levels every week you do not workout.

Why should we add it? - Because it is annoying to have to keep training when I want to role play or pvp.

What are the advantages of having this? - The advantages are that players would not need to use the gym every single day they play.

Who is it mainly for? - Everyone

I don't hate the concept of having to workout to level up certain things, but having it be something you have to do so often to keep your stats up makes it more of a chore than a fun rp addition.
