How will you assist command with this rank?
I will assist command by a variety of ways. First would be tackling any task they verbally give me that I do not already assist with. I would continue hosting many tryouts and simulations to keep the Nova population growing and to keep us active and keep morale high. I will be good about updating the roster as I like spreadsheets and want them to be correct. I think being a go between from the NCOs to the Command team will also be something I assist with.

Why do you want to become an Officer? 
Being an officer has been something that I always work hard for and want to gain. To me an officer is a person that people can respect and lookup to for direction within a battalion as well with the rest of the server and I think with my time in the community and the server that this fits me. I want to continue helping Nova to be a top tier battalion on the server and to be able to keep us active and to gain new members. I also want to be able to continue being a leader and building my leadership skills as I feel it can directly correlate with IRL tasks and being in the Air Force Reserves this kind of thing is exciting to me.

Do you have any experience leading / being an Officer? 
I have a lot of experience with leadership and being an officer. To start I have been an NCO numerous times across this server and others in battalions like Shock, 501st, and IQ as well as clone wars battalions like the 212th and 187th. My officer experience is mostly with this server as in the past I was a Shock Vice Commander and the Seventh Sister. I have been officer on a few other occasions outside of GL as well.

What is the purpose/duty of an Officer? 
To me there is more than one purpose/duty of an officer. The first is definitely to not only be a leader, but to be a respected and good leader. To be a leader means to be someone that can take command of many men and successfully lead them into battle with charisma and wisdom. I think officers also play a big logistical role as they help keep things organized like rosters and what not. They also help a massive amount leading sup branches when given those opportunities. I think officers also have a job of being a stand up soldier that sets an example for the men under their command. 

What qualifies you to be an officer?
Like stated previously my experience is more than most which means I will be equipped to handle tasks that are given to me. I also feel that I have been in Nova enough to understand the inner workings of the battalion and how it should be ran. In addition I think I have a good relationship with the command team enough so that they can put their trust in me to execute the orders and duties that they give me. I am also an individual who is going to work hard at whatever I do and I know that I will be dedicated to Nova and to making sure my job is done right and that it is done well. And finally I feel that I am well rounded due to experience, knowledge, and my capabilities and that I am qualified to be a Nova Officer
