Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)? I should be a CMD member for a few things. First, I know the responsibilities of a CMD as I have experience with being in CMD. I am willing to do the things I have to do to make Maint the best it can be. Second, I am very active and love maint. I will get on maint almost everyday and strive to make maint a better branch then all the others. Third, with me joining maint CMD will give us a better reputation. I am not a minge and take this job seriously. Finally, maint of the best branches for me and being a CMD member would definitely be a benefit because I can help enlisted when they need help, make sure people aren't being too big of a minge, and make sure people are doing what they should be doing and following the rules. This is why I should be a CMD member. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? I would find them, kill them, and put them on a DNT. If things get worse and I cannot kill them I make a sit, ask the admin to place us in the training room, DNT them, and possibly blacklist. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I would ask them to stop and if they don't stop I would report them to HCMD/SCMD and possible strike/demote them. If it repeats possible a blacklist. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? I would pull them aside, inform them on the rules and what they are doing wrong, if they keep breaking the rules purposely I would demote/blacklist them off the job and put them on a DNP/DNT.
