"So I arrested this man at the scene of the crime around 2:00AM." (Player B (Judge)) "Was this around 2:15?" What are the advantages of having this? - better role play situations, for Gov, and criminals, including for hostage negotiations, I feel like that will be beneficial. Who is it mainly for? - "Mainly" Government, but it very well can be used for everyone.
