Warrant Officer How long have you been a NCO? about 24 days (NCO join date - 10/22/21) What rank are you applying for? Flight Lieutenant (2LT) How many strikes do you have? I currently have 1 strike for "Jetpack outside ship on DEFCON 5 | Minging" (day of strike - 11/3/21) I have been trying my best to improve and be the best possible NCO to prove that I have learned from my actions Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? I have been in SF for a very long time and I am well know in the Imperial RP community. I have been trying my best to be helpful to Starfighters and I personally believe I have contributed to slightly reviving the regiment. What can you do to assist command with this rank? As an officer I can assist command with making sure the NCOs and Enlisted stay in line as well as keeping everyone motivated and enjoying SF. I can also Assist command with Certifications. As a officer I would still be doing my tryouts frequently so that we can make SF just as active as we used to be. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the NCO rank? Absolutely, My days of minging are over. He has changed how he acts on the server and is taking his position much more seriously than he used to. He is very dedicated to SF and mains the SF job (from what I can tell). Strong, consistent activity Has a nice personality and is approachable I believe that Donovan knows what is expected of him as an SF officer and recommend him for such a promotion.
