(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I deserve this rank because I have been active on this server for months, am recongnized by multiple staff members and in a good manner. I follow the rules and if I am called out for potentially breaking the rules I go look up on the MOTD and if I am not doing what I am suppose to I apoligize and fix my actions. My only warns have been when I first started the server but I have grown since then. I play everyday and unhealthily sometimes up to 9 hours. I am respectful in sits that I am called into and I also will report players that are breaking the rules. Ive shown lots of support on this server. I only have one real friend on this server so that will ensure I won't be bias. I always help people when I see them struggling and help out new players. I do as much as I can to help people without being a staff member and yeah this is it. Even if I don't get this job thanks for considering me and I won't be giving up and keep on supporting this server. Scenario questions: Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would gag and mute all the players and have them say their story one at a time. If their storys don't match up I would call a higher staff member. When they are given a turn to speak and they start being toxic they will be skipped and came back to one on one. This is what I would do. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he have been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? Look back on what he did, if he is actually following rules no punishment is given. If he is given a warning that it is considering breaking the rules they will be given a verbal warning.
