Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) 

I believe that I deserve the rank of Trial Moderator for multiple reasons one of them being that I am very active on the server. I am on every day of the week and for multiple hours. I am also not just playing for a long time I am also am very evolved with the community and enjoy helping people and making the experience of playing on the server more enjoyable. Another reason I deserve the rank is my reputation. I have never had any long-term conflicts with anyone on the server and I tend to be a friendly member of the community. The last reason is that I am also very professional and know how to stay calm and serious in situations where I am being just being berated with insults by a player. Because of all these reasons and more, I believe I would be a good fit for the PoliceRP staff team.

How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?

First I would teleport both parties to a sit. (The reporter and the reported) If the reported is constantly cursing at me and after I asked him to calm down multiple times. I would ask a Moderator+ to gag him. Then I would gather evidence. I would ask the reporter for evidence like video of the reported RDMing and also check logs. After gather evidence I would warn the reported for mass RDM and ask an Admin+ to ban them for 5 days. If there is nobody available to ban the player I would make a ban request on the forums and include the evidence I gathered and their steam ID.
