(MTF, Gensec, Etc.) : 1LT - E11 What Command position are you applying for? (list two): 2LT | 1LT Why do you want to become Delta-5 Command? (250+ Words): I hope to join Delta 5 command to help it grow off the ground and reach its full potential, and grow with the branch. I want to bring my expertise in command positions to ensure that delta 5 succeeds and becomes an enjoyable branch for others to come and check out to enjoy and stay, and observe how others choose to run things. I will assist with the day to day operations of delta 5, including assisting with whatever is needed to ensure it becomes more then just any branch, it becomes the best branch. I want to bring delta 5 to be the friendliest branch towards new users who want to check out the server and experience what it means to be a team and help them rise to be the best they can be, while also keeping the activity of delta 5 above what it needs to be, to brand it as the most active branch in the server, more active then Chaos or Security on meeting days. To me command means setting a good example, I want to be one of the people who sets that example not only for those in delta 5, but for those in other branches, someone they can see whos setting a good example, and leading members, to raise the number of people who want to join Delta 5 just because they see the leadership is good, and witness members having fun and enjoying the branch. I hope to keep the branch active at all times. Why do you feel you are the best option for this position? (150+ Words): I believe I am fit for delta 5 command due to past experience and current experience in command based positions. I have worked my way up ranks on several occasions in multiple servers, including senior command ranks in other servers. I have adapted to any and all changes I needed to make to myself to become a better leader and a better teacher, while also enjoying a bit of fun during times were the branches I was in were not needed for anything at the time, examples of my positions will be given as an answer in another question below. I take issues presented to me with ease and work to assess the issue before moving it up as needed dependent on information and evidence provided. I want to further my knowledge in command ranks while also teaching ways to ensure that people have fun in the branch, whether this be from events, pt's or just general running around having some good laughs. Why should we trust you for this position?: I have command experience currently as 1LT in E-11 and work to constantly improve to ensure I am doing the best that I can be doing. (Limit it to Gmod only please): Icefuse - Imperial ISB (Before it was made easier to promote with more ranks) Major Equiv - Handled trainings, promotions to officer, punishments, PT, checkups on enlisted Shock (NCO) MSGT - Handled trainings, PTs when asked to do them 501st 1LT - Handled promotions to NCO, PTs, Punishment Special Ops - VIP Guarding Icefuse - Clonewars Shock SGT - Handled trainings, guarding, and escort ETL - Handled promotions within subbranch up to 2nd in command of subbranch Gaminglight - SCP RP E11 1LT - Handle promotions up to SSGT/Demotions from SSGT | Punishments as needed | You are in LCZ and Security is requesting assistance due to a Mass D Block Riot; however, Chaos Insurgency has been called out for taking a SCP in HCZ. What would you do in this situation, and why?: Move to secure HCZ and take out chaos, resecure the SCP, reason being: D Class can get handled on the way back into LCZ, Chaos with an SCP escaping could result in a containment breach for said SCP, and more D Class escaping should CI decide not to leave yet and to go assist D Class. What would you do if those under your command are not following orders and are breaking the SOP?: Depending on the SOP violation, anywhere from strike to a removal due to the failure to follow orders and violations of SOP, as needed. How would you react to someone asking to be put into Delta-5 without a tryout and to be fast promoted?: Inform them that is not possible and they will have to attend a tryout. Promotions occur from being active, and showing that your able to perform well when it comes to following SOP/orders Explain how you would react to receiving an anonymous tip about a GOI group: I would call it out to MTF comms, and begin getting ready to move out and begin intel gathering on said GOI group with a group of no more then 3.
