1. What’s your In-Game Name? Olbap

2. What’s your SteamID? STEAM_0:1:170161690

3. What is your Rank? Maintenance Expert (ME.)

4. Total strikes you’ve ever received? Only 1 - This strike was in the Maintenance Branch.

5. How many warnings do you have on GL? 2 In-total - These were given to me months ago. Plus, I've changed ways. These were on the PoliceRP server.

6. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you? Currently a 7-9. On a lucky day, maybe an 8.

7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)? My dedication towards the branch. The one thing I surely do have in the bag, is dedication. One thing that I truly love about Maintenance, is how kind & funny the command members are. I would like to be a part of that. I will show enlisted how to perform the acts of fixing, cleaning, making logs, etc... It's something that I love doing. If enlisted are breaking a rule, I will kindly show them to not represent Maintenance like to that. Another thing, is my love for the branch. I have past command experience in Research, and I think my lessons in that Branch will enhance my ability to play a role in Maintenance command. If I get command, I'll try my best to host patrols, and maybe do PT's. I have over 100+ Logs combined, I don't know if that effects my chances of being in command, but I think that represents how much I'm interested in this branch. My activity has dropped a little, but I'm still one of the top people to be active in Maintenance.

[The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.]

8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? If the trainee doesn't get far, I will attempt to cuff him & bring him back (If he complies, I will not cuff him.) I will explain why you cannot leave the training room as it causes a hastle for everybody & goes against the rules. If he complies, I might give him a 2'nd chance. But if he decides to act mingy & doesn't want to be trained, I will DNT him & demote him. If he does possibly get far, I will PM him to get back to the training room, and again, if he doesn't comply, I will demote him from the job, and DNT him.

8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I will explain why you cannot RDM in bunks. As it could result in them being warned for RDM. To be specific, I will tell them to stop RDM'ing each other, If they continue to do this, I will give them a verbal warning. If they continue after that, I will have to give out strikes to whoever is doing this. Personally, I understand Code Red can be boring, but their is other way's to pass time.

8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? I will go over the SOP with him & explain why he cannot do the stuff he's doing. In this case, I would hand out a verbal warning if I catch him doing it again. Then, if the current Code is Red, I will tell him to go back to bunks & remain there until the code goes away. If I catch him doing these things again, I would have to strike him.
