All players should be reportable (including staff) - Denied

What you want to see? -  Currently, players such as Pillow cannot be reported because of their rank (senior moderator in Pillow's case.) 

This should not be the case-- players should be able to report anyone.

Why should we add it? -  Everyone is subject to the same rules, and anyone can break them. Pillow is a super moderator, and in theory should *not* be breaking rules, but that isn't reality, and I was unable to report them for a pretty clear cut RDM. I called this out in OOC, and was basically shouted down by Pillow about how they're right and I'm wrong and the rules apply to them too, but they just didn't break them..... which we weren't even able to establish in a fair admin sit with a neutral third party because I couldn't report them.

(I reported them under the Other category of player and received no response.)

I don't have evidence worth of a staff report, and that's not even a battle I think I want to fight. But this post is important for me to make because I'm somewhat new here, was considering making this my primary Gmod server because of how well the rules are set up and enforced--  if senior mods get to disregard them, that's a pretty big strike against me wanting to stay.

What are the advantages of having this? - Players will be able to argue their case when wronged by staff, and not be condescended in OOC by that staff.

Who is it mainly for? - The benefit of all players.

And before it is suggested (and I know it will be): No, forum reports are not a replacement. It puts a significantly larger burden of proof on the reporting player since they will usually not have access to logs, plus it is far more disruptive as it requires you to leave the game and make a forum post  that will be debated for days instead of just handing it in 5 minutes in an admin sit like any other player. When your staff break rules, they need to be treated the same as any other player.

This seems more of a bug as staff can be/have been able to be reported ingame and if any break rules they have been warned, jailed and banned according to the punishments for the rule breaks as anyone else can be

All players are reportable. Just because no one took your sit doesn't mean staff are above the rules. There have been Managers that have been removed from staff and plenty of other staff as well. And you said yourself you have no evidence so don't bring drama to the forums accusing people of something they allegedly did. Anyone and everyone can and will be held to the rules

im not police RP but Imp RP has had the problem where some ULX ranks cant be reported idk if this is a bug or intentional

You can't directly report a staff member as we can't do this with how it works. However, you can still make a report for "Other" and then a sit will be created as normal.

Denied. The SMT team for this server has decided against adding this suggestion for performance reasons, the benefit to the server, or another unstated reason.
