Shock Commander Dead disrespecting shock NCO’s and humiliates them in GamingLight ImperialRP discord channel under #General-Chat. Calling them out in a very un-professional way. Shock Commander Dead threatens to DDoS 501st members.

-The blunt disrespect toward officers under his command is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for.

-DDos should've never come up in a conversation let alone saying he "wants to ddos"

-As a staff member this is extremely unprofessional and should've never been said.

The topic of DDos Should never come up on a situation or at all in Teamspeak. Along with saying he wants to DDos and that he will DDos you should lead to this Player receiving a permanent BAN

Along with the blatent Disrespect towards other Players on the server is terrible and should never have happened in the first Place

Overall with him ALSO BEING A STAFF MEMBER it gives a EXTREMELY Bad look on the ImperialRP Staff Team and the Staff team as a whole

-As a staff member he knows better.

-This kind of behavior shouldn't be acceptable on our server.

In summary I believe players like this shouldn't be able to continue playing or at the very least be staff.

In my defense for both peices of evidence
1. the clip doesnt have full context and has already been discussed with SMT
2.The discord messages where said in general in a conversation with the people involved and are pure SARCASM and not to be taken seriously

I understand the DDOS wasnt ok and was already had a conversation with SMT .

Now I know DDoS is a very sery serious offence however, the player in question did it as a joke and had no intention to actually DDoS the player. We also talked to the player last night about the whole situation since he was reported with the Commnder Report form, he was told to never do that again. If this happens in the future by the same player he will be receiving a very harsh punishment. Hopefully all of you understand why this was Denied instead of it leading into a Permanent Ban.

 

However SMT will deal with this on the Staff Side.
