After reviewing the incident and hearing from the involved staff member, I've decided to provisionally accept this staff report. Clearly, this staff member overstepped their role by creating and running an event despite having no training, nor affiliation with the staff team. Let me be clear, at NO time is a member of the staff team that has no affiliation with the event team permitted to be creating, running, nor assisting with events unless specifically requested to assist by a trained Event Team member.

Clearly, given the recent staff reports, it has been less clear to the staff team regarding the division between Staff and Event Team. As such, all staff members have been put on notice regarding this type of conduct, and any further misconduct will result in more stringent punishments. For this specific case, the staff member in question will be receiving verbal warning for abuse of staff powers.

This incident will be documented in his staff file, and will be considered for any promotions, disciplinary incidents, or further misconduct.
