Duncan McOkiner Posted June 9, 2021 Share Posted June 9, 2021 What you want to see? - An updated version of the Tow Truck system has recently released, and it would be neat to add it to the server. While it would likely need to be tweaked (as it has it's very own fining system for the driver to use), it would be nice to see it be added. It's also a donator job, so abuse is not an issue as the whitelist can simply be removed. There is also a parking addon that perfectly compliments this addon. Why should we add it? - Updates the Tow Truck system. I know I'd definitely buy it if it were updated, as the existing one is quite lame (this one has fines, better towing system, HUD for tow trucker, and a way to call the tow trucker). The parking system compliments this by adding specific parking areas (paid or unpaid), wheel boots, a new job [Meter Maid, which is non-gov but could likely be switch if desired], etc. What are the advantages of having this? - I try to make suggestions that are either updates or that affect the core gameplay loop of the server - I.E. something like a casino or ATM system does not really get used, whereas nearly everyone uses cars all the time, meaning towing and parking are a major aspect of the server. This will simply enhance the core gameplay experience. Who is it mainly for? - Anyone who drives vehicles, anyone who currently owns or wants to own Tow Trucker, and anyone who parks their vehicles in non-parking spots. This was deemed within SMT as denied internally due to it being very little effective for our server. This addon is the type to be used by little players and then after a week never used.
