Name and Rank:

Reddington, SHG VI

Are you in Shadow Guard?:

yes

How active can you be?:

I can be on at least 60 hours a week, possibly more depending on work. Weekends i can be on 10 hours+ while 6 hours+ during work days as Royal Guard is my main and only battalion on the server.

Length in Royal Guard:

Over 1 month

Why do you want to become a Trial Senior Guard?:

I want to become a trial senior guard because i want to do more for the Royal Guards, as an NCO i am limited to what i can do with the NCO's and enlisted, while if i were to become an officer i would be able to do more actvities like hosting simulations. There have been moments where the EU cadets have asked me if i can host a simulations or other activities since im the highest ranking EU NCO at the moment. I would also personally like to become more of role model for the new cadets and continue to help them out from my earlier experiences. Currently i believe there is only one EU time officer, therefore i feel that more are needed to give a better experience mainly to EU players as well ass the other players within the battalion. I can also tell you about cases were i see cadets doing extremely well and deserving promotions, but without being promoted as no officer or command members have been online during their playtime.

Why do you believe you are ready for this position?:

I already have experience in officer ranks and command ranks from previous servers as well as i now know am experienced enough within the battalion to know what the proper way of behaving, as well as what to do in different scenarios which i hope to pass down to the others within the battalion. I am much better in dueling than when i started as a cadet and i already do dueling training wiht both the cadets and the NCO's to make sure their skills are up to standard. One of my other reasons to why i feel that i am ready for trial senior guard is that multiple officers have told me that they want me as a trial senior and that i should apply when ready, which i am now. Since i have previous experience from being a leader i feel that i have the capability to lead the cadets and NCO's within the battalion.

Do you have any warns?

No
