Having 2 warns one from a year ago and another from a couple weeks. Why do you want to join the O5 staff team: Joining the team would give me the privilege to play with more and the best players on the server giving me the experience to be a better player and to learn from the best to become the best. My mindset is the more I play the better I get and playing with the best of the best makes me improve tremendously. I'm a hands on learner and learn fast making game sense and my aim better with the weapons I have to use. Being on a team is the most important thing in any FPS game, nonetheless being a well oiled machine and contributing to it. I want to help better the team to succeed at our jobs whether that be to defend the O5 or to kill other people to protect the greater good. This is a opportunity for me to be apart of the well oiled machine and to contribute to it to succeed in every task handed to us. I really love this server and would love to have the opportunity to continue it with a wider range of people and teammates. I look forward to being apart of the team if I'm picked and look forward to the long future of being on this server. Why should we accept you: After coming back to the server after a year I'm having a lot of fun with it and see myself being fully committed to it. I was banned last year for being homophobic and a minge and have now changed my ways. I was really immature and irresponsible when I first joined the server. I would like to apologize for that for failing my teammates. Now that I'm back and leading my teammates during raids and being apart of raids to assisting my teammates in raids I look forward to this server and want to move past that. I now lead everyone and try my best to help out new players in learning the roots and how to strategize when raiding. I used to be in Esports for rainbow six siege so I'm used to playing in a team and basically reading my teammates movements to determine my next move. Being a well oiled machine and a one minded team is the difference between winning and losing even a 2v5. I want to continue playing with teammates I meet since I was so committed to team type games now. They're my passion and playing with the best of the best would give me the privilege to do so. My aim and thinking transferred over from esports and I'm still as good, but I'm not the best and to be with the best to play my best. I'm can't wait to play with you guys if you do give me the privilege. I hope to see you all soon. Your app makes you sound like you would be a great part of the team however, being banned because of homophobia and being a minge are two things I can't look past, being a minge is one thing however being homophobic is toxic and not something I would want in RRH, and changing yourself in only 1 year doesn't seem realistic to me at all. Also another thing that is preventing me from giving +Support is that I have no idea who you are at all, which is not a good sign, I have no opinion of you except what you have said in this app which is Homophobic and mingey, the fact that I don't know you is also a sign that if I did see you, you made little to no impression on me with either PvP skills, teamwork, or being able to listen to higher ups. This can be due to Inactivity, Behavior Issues, or generally being unfit for Alpha-1 at this time.
