Firstly, having them do check-ups and other medical RP situations more frequently. Medical is an RP based battalion and I believe helping them maintain that would keep more members active and make more people want to join. Next, I would make sure that all Medical are following the proper protocols and procedures that are currently put in place. Doing so will ensure that the battalion is running smoothly and will help command by making sure the rules put in place are being enforced. And finally, hosting and seeing that tryouts are being hosted frequently. Tryouts are the most important part of any battalion. We need to make sure that anyone that wants to join has the opportunity to do so. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I believe I should be trusted with this position because of my current and past experiences. I am currently an officer in Inferno Squad and a supervisor in Naval. Formerly an Aviation Officer and Purge NCO. I also try to be active at least 2-3 hours every day (although sometimes it is more). I also have experience with a specialty as I stated before I am a former Aviation Officer. I believe my experience working alongside SF as an AO helped me learn the responsibilities of a specialty and showed me what a good specialty officer should be doing. Why do you want this rank?: I want this rank to help further my experiences as a leader within Naval and the server as a whole. I would also like to work alongside medical as they are a very pleasant group. I want to help Medical be the best it can be and I hope to do so through achieving this rank. Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?: Yes, I understand.What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: The purpose of an MO is to work alongside Medical and other MO’s to assist in maintaining and improving the battalion. Medical officers must make sure that the ship is healthy and that Medical understands how to deal with it if not.
