(80 Word Minimum): I believe I would make a great Lead First Responder as I feel that I am mature enough to take on the role of First Response Command Maturely and as Professionally As Possible. I believe that If I was given a chance to join the First Response Command Team I could prove my worth as a Lead First Responder/ Low Command Member Of First Response. I would always make sure to Show Professionalism and Maturity at all times while on Duty. I would also make sure that all lower ranks of First Response are in line with the SOP to set a good example for everyone outside of FR to show that just because we are a Extra of EMS we are not Professional. I would make sure to represent EMS and First Response at all times while on duty as a Lead First Responder and make sure that if anyone has any sort of question about First Response or EMS in General I would make sure to give them the best possible Answer I could. I believe that I could also help out the Current Low Command and High Command of First Response with any sort of situations that pop up or even any sort of thing such as a Google Doc or Question about the SOP or such matter. I believe that I also am very active in total, I always try to be on when I can and always try to uphold myself to the highest standards on this server at all times no matter what job Im on Crim/Gov/Neutral. I am also a firm believer in treating everyone with the highest respect possible even if they disrespect me. To me I will respect them no matter the Race, Age, Gender, Ethnicity, Birthplace it really does not matter to me as I will show them respect Regardless of any of those sort of things.
