Maybe a specialized tow truck boot lockpick added also. Why should we add it? - It wouldn't be as easy to steal your cars back/more rp situations. The tow Truck Driver is often calling PD or asking for help because people keep stealing the cars. (A mechanic could be you have to lockpick it so it would come off.)
