MSG How much time do you have on the server? I currently have a week of playtime on this server. Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? I believe that I am worthy of the officer position, because I have been part of shock basically the entire time I've played on this server. I also would like to help shock grow, because there isn't as much command as there once was, making shock somewhat more disorganized. I can be a good role-model, and can be patient on people that need help. I can be a good leader, and with officer I can become a better leader by being able to promote the enlisted that deserve to get promoted, and sometimes go unnoticed. As my time as an officer, I would like to inspire other NCO's, and enlisted to be the best they are capable of. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? Trust can be hard to gain on some individuals, but I believe that I can be trusted to hold this position. I have a good amount of experience on different servers, and believe that I can help the NCO's, and enlisted. If a shock makes a mistake, I can help them fix that mistake, without shouting at them for failing a task. I can also make sure that all shock follow the SOP, and rules of shock. As I am doing this, I can find mingey shock, and deal with them the best I am capable of. I am fully capable of leading shock when no higher ups are on, in the progress helping those who need help. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? I can be a nice, and understandable officer. I can help all people who need help. I can also promote those who deserve to be promoted, even those who go unnoticed by most. I will listen to everyone, and not just ignore suggestions by NCO's, or enlisted because they are a lower rank than I am. If I am not high enough rank to promote someone, or they are on cooldown, then I will suggest them for a promotion, to other officers/higher ups. I can also help with simulations, so shock can be more entertained throughout the day. How active can you be? I can be active in shock basically every day, and do a good job each time.
