Also I do know a lot of the people on the server so I know what the community is like. I also I tend to be a very good talker(unless I'm stressed to max or nervous to the max). I also tend to be a very easy going person. Also I think I would be a great help to the team and I am very helpful to everyone around me. I love to help people no matter the difficulty. Also if I get T-mod I am always looking forward to constructive criticism to improve my ability to perform as a staff member. My overall goal as a staff member is to make sure the community members of Gaming Light have a memorable experience on the server. I also want the community to be able to come to me with any issues regarding any players or even server issues. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would try to talk to them and try to calm them down however if they don’t stop swearing.I would gag them and try to get them to explain what's been happening one more time . However if they are still non compliant with answering and wont stop swearing I would check logs and if the logs have clear evidence of a mass rdm. I would have to enforce a ban for MDRM and staff Disrespect which would be a formal warning along with a 5 day ban.
