Insight 25/25 You got a lot of stuff (maybe a little unrealistic with all of it), but none the less good job I guess. Presentation 10/25 IDK why you're format is like this, but in the middle there is a solid 4-5 pages of just lines, not sure why but I HIGHLY suggest fixing that. Writing 5/25 You completely left out vital parts of the log (you name/rank, supervisors, observation log 1-A, etc.) Test Quality: Meets Expectations Extra Notes: Good interrogation and good info gained; however, there was a large issue with the formatting and the writing, next time try and make sure everything is correct format wise.
