Are you a Staff Member Within Gaminglight? Yes. Senior Moderator - SCP-RP.

How often are you on TeamSpeak? Daily minus IRL work nights

Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)?
I feel I can be a very effective member of support team. I am a workaholic in every sense in that I make sure nothing is left undone. I am a friendly face and a go-to person that loves to support people in whatever they may need. And I am a quick leaner that would be able to execute tasks quickly and effectively as needed. I want to be able to support people that are left in the requesting support channels for more than necessary and lower the wait times so more are willing to hop on and integrate themselves into the community. I carry similar duties in real life as a customer service clerk where it is my job to be available to people who have questions or need help right away. With 3 years of experience in that field, I feel I can execute the same support here in the GamingLight support team. In short, be available to people, be that first impression of the community, and handle their needs quickly and effectively.

How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way?
I will ensure no issue is left untouched and make sure that new members can get to their friends and/or trainings as soon as possible. Give everyone that comes by a calm and helpful impression that their issues will be resolved effectively. Ensure late night coverage is provided to the best of my ability. And represent GamingLight with my best and only my best.

How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels?
"Hi! Welcome to Gaminglight Support. My name is Sparkle. How can I help you today?"

Have you read our rules and do you promise to uphold all those rules to the best of your ability? Yes.
