When it spawns, it only has 100 health, but it can be healed up to 200. I'm assuming that it's supposed to spawn with 200 health 2. Can't buy medical supplies from the F4 menu 3. Doesn't have access to /utility, Radio Channel 1, 11, or 13. If it could also have access to /mtf that would be nice Edited February 22, 2020 by [GL] Inaccurate "Pay increase declined.
