Subject D-4578 was instructed to reach into 1782 and attempt to pull out an object, this lead to him being sucked into the hole and transported to an unknown location (referenced as 1782-1) when D-4578 was pulled out he grabbed an object currently unknown in makeup but resembles a blackened sponge covered in the material 106 secretes.

 

To keep information safe D-4578 was terminated due to insanity caused by the object and Class-A Amnestics were used on the escort
