SCP-066 is composed of yarn, given that it is wool yarn, wool is a very good insulator. So the shock collar would have no effect whatsoever on 066. Creativity: 13/20 Creative to test if SCP-066 is able to be trained like a pet, which could indicate sentience, however the other part is kind of meaningless. Presentation: 16/20 Google doc looks very nice, however, the lack of subheadings makes the document a little unorganized.
