Why should we add it? - The trainees are a pain especially with breaches and riots going on. It simply breaks RP and gives us a even more trouble with trainees running around the whole place and minging. What are the advantages of having this? - It would help us do our work without worrying about trainees running around minging and getting into RP even thought they should be able to leave their bunks.
