You will go to the link and find TMod, you will make sure that you fit all requirements, and then just copy the format, back out to the Staff Applications section, hit "New Topic" and then title it, "Your Name's" Trial Mod application, then past the format and fill it out. Make sure you are thorough and that you complete every question to the best of your ability.
