I have been staffing on various servers for the past 5 years starting on Arma 3 and moving my way into gmod I have been a part of the gmod community since late 2014 I decided to give staff a shot and worked my way up to server manager. Community sadly shut down due to the owner getting deployed then moved on to another server and did the same thing over worked my way up into being Community Manager due to issues of members inside the community messing it up I decided to take a year break from gmod all together and I want to begin my journey back into staffing here. (150 Word Minimum) I feel as I deserve a chance at T-Mod because of my level of maturity and kindness to everyone in my opinion. I'm very good at handling situations in high stress and I'm very calm and courteous when it comes to taking staff sits I have tons of experience from server to server that I can bring to Gaming light and help cut down on the rule breakers and make sure to be helpful to members of the PoliceRP server in any situation possible I am very familiar with the ULX system and how it is used as I used to help develop on gmod servers I'm very responsible and I will dedicate countless hours in the server to help improve it for the better good and help bring in positivity and maturity to the staff team and I want to grow as a whole with everyone within the team if I do get accepted hopefully I can be a mentor for others towards the future. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Once seeing that the individual is Mass RDMing I would bring them if they begin to cuss at me I will then try to work with them and calm them down if that doesn't work I would mute them and let them cool down and progress with them I would then unmute them and if they still are acting belligerent towards me I would then issue the correct punishment stated in the staff handbook.
