Jeff Remington Posted June 3, 2018 Share Posted June 3, 2018 ====== FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATIONS ============ CONFIDENTIAL REPORT OF MAJOR CASE FILE 2018-JUN-153235000 ======Primary Investigate Agent- SNRSA J Remington 1B49.Secondary Investigate Agents- SNRSA October, SNRSA Celebration, PA Ryan 1D74, COS Gamikzone YX1.Primary Location of Reported Crime- Beach House 2, Rockford County.Secondary Location of Reported Crime- Rockford County Courthouse (Spawn).Primary Complainant- Drift GirlPrimary Offender- SNRSA Exotictk Charges Filed Against Offender- False Imprisonment, Assault With A Deadly Weapon, Attempted Rape, Grand Theft Auto, Obstruction of Justice, Obstruction of A Federal Investigation, and Abuse of Power.Evidence Collected- Crime Scene Photos (Attached), One (1) iPhone X, One (1) Late Model Red Nissan Sky Line, One (1) Lockpick, One (1) M4A1 Assault Rifle.Original Complaint That Prompted Investigation- At approximately 2300 HRS CST SNRSA J Remington 1B49 responded to a 911 call reporting a possible kidnapping situation at Beach House 2 in Rockford County. Upon arrival on scene, SNRSA J Remington 1B49 found the complainant, Drift Girl, locked in the corner of a closet clenching a cell phone and appearing to be afraid for her life. After questioning the victim briefly on scene, she was transported back to the Rockford City Police Department to be questioned further regarding the events surrounding her alleged kidnapping. Upon arrival at Rockford PD, the victim was able to name her kidnapper, due to that fact that she was able to acquire his cellphone before calling 911. The victim was identified as one Exotictk, who was the owner of the property in which the Complainant was located. The Complainant stated that a Mr. Exotictk placed a weapon to her head outside of the Rockford County Courthouse, and forced here into his vehicle, which was later confirmed to be stolen. After forcing the victim into his vehicle, the Offender brought the Complainant back to his home, located at Beach House 2, Rockford County. The victim was forced into an upstairs hallway closet, where the offender attempted to rape her, but was unable to do so due to her grabbing his phone and calling 911. Investigation- After further investigation, Exotictk was brought into the Rockford PD for questioning. At this time, it was discovered that the offender was in fact an undercover FBI Agent working under his authority given to him by the agency at the time that this crime occurred. It was also determined that the vehicle left outside of his property, Beach House 2, was in fact stolen. DNA and Fingerprint evidence confirmed that the Offender had been behind the wheel of the stolen vehicle. The Offender was working undercover as a Thief, and had tools recovered from him that were used to steal the vehicle the victim was kidnapped in. The Offender was positively identified by the Complainant as the man who attacked, kidnapped, and attempted to rape her in a blind line up at Rockford PD. The Offender was transported back to the secured crime scene, Beach House 2, by myself and the other agents listed on this report. At this time, the Offender walked directly to the closet where the victim was held, even though he had not been told where she was held and he insisted that he was innocent of the crime. After a forensic investigation, it was determined that the Complainant could not have locked herself in the closet and was in fact locked in the closet where she was found by her attacker. The offender repeatedly stated he "did not know how she got locked in the closet as he did not put her there." These claims have since been confirmed to be false by a polygraph test completed at Rockford PD. At this point in the investigation, the Offender was placed under arrest and asked to resign from the FBI due to the overwhelming evidence against him. The Offender was deemed guilty of the crimes charged against him, False Imprisonment, Assault With A Deadly Weapon, Attempted Rape, Grand Theft Auto, Obstruction of Justice, Obstruction of A Federal Investigation, and Abuse of Power. This case has been declassified and made available to remind all agents of who we are. We strive to be the best agency within the server, and we do not allow any of our agents to be above the law. While undercover, you may assist in a crime but you may NOT take it upon yourself to commit crimes. Please remember at all times to honor our SOP, especially Rule 18: FBI is to be held to an excellence by going higher you should know your and the FBI’s goal and have the best interest in mind for the citizens of Rockford as well as the Gaminglight community.
