I would like to join forum diplomats because of my Timezone and my knowledge on how to handle a situation. I see a lot of things that don’t get deleted until a few hours later due to no forum diplomats on when I am on and available. I would like to assist with that so we minimise any issues.Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, how? My judgement I believe I have a very good way on dealing with it. If it makes someone happy or less angry I try to work with them to make them happy so they are enjoyable to RP with and communicate with.How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming the shoutbox due to getting banned from one of our servers? I will remove the spam messages and issue the exact procedure. If I can also calm them down I will try to get in contact them and calm them down and get them to appeal the ban. Thanks for reading.
