(How have you improved?): I have not been striked within IC 3. How many warnings do you have?: 0 4. How is your in-game activity? (Officer activity is tracked by IC and HC.): I consider myself about as active i can be due to my work being around the same time the server is active 5. What is your current sub-specialty?: Scout Sniper Senior and Hazard Control Officer 6. Why do you want to become an IC Officer? (150+ Words):My overall goal within IC is to rank up so that I may join Omega squad and maybe get VCMDR again as well as learn how IC internals run now. I want to become an officer to help IC with things like activity, sub branch tryouts, and flag ups as I think we can always use some more help for improvement within IC. I also want to represent IC and its people within missions, events, and sims as an officer. Further I want to make sure enlisted are having fun with sims and trainings that help with things like pvp, hacking, and general passive rp. Another reason for me wanting to be an officer would be to build friendships with other officers and members of command to try and reinforce our brotherhood within IC. With two of our officers moving into VCMDR spots I feel now is my shot to try and go for an officer spot to reinforce the officer core with more capable officers. 7. Why should you be trusted to become an IC Officer? (100+ Words): I have a few things that make me trustworthy for officer Number one: my past experience and positions within the server as an officer or higher which shows past trust my roles include Vice Commander Fixer, IC 1LT, ISB: IA Junior Operative, SF Warrant Officer, Death Trooper CPT, Shock CPT, and Naval Lieutenant I also have had high ranks within elite sub-branches/Squads such as Omega Squad Lead Niner, Omega Squad Medic Atin, Demo Vice Lead/Deputy Hazard Supervisor, Vice Lead of Inferno Squad Gideon Hask, TI-23's Marksman V07, and Seeker Company's SGT SN04. Number two: My professionalism, I'm always professional within ingame and in TeamSpeak at all times of the day. I do not minge or support minging of any capacity and will strike down on any type of minging from any type of person. Number three: My commitment to IC and the server as a whole . I have left and come back to IC 3 times and every time I have tried to help IC, its members, and IC’s activity. When I first joined IC with a couple of friends IC was down in the dumps averaging one person a day after I had gotten NCO I decided to fully commit to IC and spent my time ranking up, I spent most of my time helping improve Omega squad by digging up old docs and bringing members in I think this in itself shows my commitment to IC in full. 8. What advantage would you bring to IC by becoming an Officer (100+ Words)? I bring a multitude of advantages to IC and the officer core My Experience within IC: to retouch upon my previous statement, my experience within IC as a VCMDR and officer makes me useful in terms of leadership and working as a team to not only IC but the officer core as well. It shows that I know what I'm doing with officer duties without many reminders. My Training Capabilities: My training capabilities are way above average when it comes to pvp, equipment, and interrogating. I have trained in and trained people with these subjects for my entire time in IC. I love doing pvp trainings to help make IC the best at pvp on the server. I know IC’s weapons like the back of my hand and am passionate about training with them with any type of person whether that be an enlisted, an NCO, or an officer. 9.
