How many warnings do you have?: 0 4. How is your in-game activity? (Officer activity is tracked by IC and HC.): My activity is medium, I do my best to fit as much time into my IC as I possibly can. I work different hours every single week so I never know what days or hours I work till a week prior. 5. What is your current sub-specialty?: Scout Sniper Vice Lead (Crimson) & Hazard Control Specialist 6. Why do you want to become an IC Officer? (150+ Words): : I want to be an Officer of IC because I believe that within this server and within IC I am a capable leader. I would enjoy the responsibility of managing and directing the members of IC, and making important decisions that could affect the success of a mission or organization, and overall gaining a sense of purpose, something to dedicate my time to. I want to be able to give the newer members of IC a better experience to the best of my ability. Improving IC in any way I can and being able to lead a squad in battle making people have an enjoyable time in the server is my goal. I'm very active on the server, and I have been told a multitude of times that I am well capable of leading people in battle. I have prior experience within the officer core within IC, so I understand my duties as an officer. And I intend to fulfill my duties to an absolute T. 7. Why should you be trusted to become an IC Officer? (100+ Words): I have a lot of prior experience within IC and 501st Officer core and I've learned a lot from both sides of what to do and what not to do. I just want to give it my all to better myself and work towards improving everyone in IC. I give constant support to the new enlisted within IC, I love helping people out, knowing that one day a recruit you helped get started in the battalion is now ranking up to a NCO or even the Officer core is just an amazing feeling. I want to dedicate my time into helping others, and improving IC as a whole. And I believe I can do even more for IC as an Officer. 8. What advantage would you bring to IC by becoming an Officer (100+ Words)? I would bring my solid dedication towards IC, and give it my all to improve the battalion in any way I can. I am very active so I can look out for new enlisted within IC and help out other Officers within IC. I strive to improve other NCO's leadership skills as they are going to be our future officers at some point. I bring good leadership skills and I try my best to improve the IC experience both during down time where I lighten the mood and try and engage in passive RP and more importantly on-duty where I lead my brothers in battle. I treat my higher-ups with at most respect, and I'd never argue with a commands orders. Overall I'd give it my all to improve IC in any way I can! 9.
