Staff RP job

What do you want to see?:  A RP Staff job sort of like GM

Why should we add it?: It would give staff members something to do if they get burnt out of their normal roleplay and want to mix it up. It could also be another cool way of staff members interacting and working together. Like GM's we wouldn't have any roleplay authority but we could still make cool RP scenarios for the server.

What are the advantages of having this?:  The advantages are, Give's members more RP opportunities. Give's staff members more reason to interact with one another. We could make more opportunities for RP within the server

Who is it mainly for?: Staff members

Would be a nice addition for staff members to hop off their RP jobs once in a while and do something new, like the GM ISB jobs.

While this could be helpful for the staff members to have something new to do, staff take players out of RP to issue punishments when people break the rules, so having an RP job doesn't make much sense to me when staff take players out of RP. The only way I could see this making sense is if GM and staff were to merge, which shouldn't happen in the first place. This new job would be taking away opportunities for GMs on ISB jobs. Not to mention the possibility of neglecting RP duties for those who are in regiments, as they could just hop on this new job if they wanted to RP and not hop on their battalion jobs.

@Clarence Do you have any suggestions for what the RP job would be/do?

@FrogModel wise no, but we could sort of be like a lower rank sub advisor/sector advisor obviously with less power and no in game authority compared to the other 2. But like the other 2 we could advise the servers troops in a non staff way { not allowed to staff on the job} and actually give suggestions to troopers as we wouldn't actually be able to give orders as the other 2 advisors.
