(150 Word Minimum) I Believe That I Deserve The Staff Rank Because I Wanna Help Out With Stopping Other People Minging Around And Help Other People That Have Any Questions About The Server And How To Do Stuff Or Needing The Link For The Content Pack. I Feel Like I Can Do Good At Staffing And Helping People Get Better At Roleplaying And Not FailRPing Everytime, And Helping Other Staff Claiming Sits Since There Are A Lot Of Staff Members That Are In A Family Such As SL, UMC, Blaze, And BOS Due To That Issue People Have Been Having To Wait Some Time For Their Sits To Be Claimed, But If There Are People That Are In A Different Family Or Not In A Family At All Dont Have To Wait. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Recron Posted March 1 Share Posted March 1 (edited) I'm going to be VERY honest, but I have to -Support Now "why you deserve your rank" looks pretty good, and honest. However, the situation needs a lot of work. You have to try to be reasonable with the players (And I've learned that the hard way) Also, those 9 warns are very... concerning. I also noticed your edit of adding a poll, but I don't see one. Conclusion: You have the potential to be a good staff member, but your application needs some work. Q14 needs to be more fleshed out and described a bit better because that answer is uh.... interesting. I personally do not have a problem with you, and would love to see you as staff. Ion Davis Posted March 3 Share Posted March 3 +Support - Good Judgement - Well Known - Has good staff potential - Has a tendency to get overly heated in some scenarios - Sometimes acts unprofessional (In A Public Setting) I've known Lower for a while now and he is good person. He likes helping people, and I know he has the potential to be a great staff member. He has applied numerous times, so I think it's finally time he deserves a chance to prove himself. Like anyone, he could turn out dropping out of staff, or be the next Super Admin; however, we will never know what he could become if he never gets a chance. Even with the 'RED' notaries on issues I have seen in the past, these are uncommon and rare. We all have our moments, no one should be judged on their worst.
