Gov raid nlr change - Denied

What do you want to see? - During a gov raid no matter who is defending/attacking, gov has a 2-minute NLR and crim has no NLR

Why should we add it? - trying to defend a crate from gov with 2 minute NLR as crim is near impossible when gov can return without NLR with their superior armor

What are the advantages of having this? - makes defending crates as crim possible when more than 5 gov are on

Who is it mainly for? - Crim

-Support The whole point of the Gov and Crim switching is to add a mix and to make it more interesting. 

Considering that the defending team having NLR makes sense. 

This suggestion is more just a suggestion to get rid of the crime defending tbh and this hasn't been a problem at all in the last few months really. 

I would suggest the organized criminals faction who have issues defending it just get there before gov sets up to raid.

I mostly agree with Locus here. Ive seen criminals have issues with it simply from the fact that they let gov take the spot that they are supposed to be defending from the start. Crims need to be there during defending PRIOR to it starting or they will naturally be at a disadvantage.
