Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): 

I wish to become LT to help out anyone who needs it and also because I like the attention special they get but that is not my sole reason for wanting to join low command I have always tried my best to help any gov I see needing it and sometimes non-gov I always do my best when in game and I act professional on everything (expect during off hours when me and other gov mess around.) I have helped many supervisors and enlisted with questions and concerns I have also worked with a few command members before and I have lots of experience on the server as gov and as crim I also know the MOTD pretty well and I read over it every night to brush up and I know the SOP like the back of my hand so I can know what I am suppose to do in any situation

I am sorry I don't think your ready for PD Command atm maybe get some experience in a sub-department as a command member. 

Your activity has been spotty some of it has to do with things out of your control but still its been spotty non of the less. 

The why you should get this rank seems very short for an LT Application and the reason you want to join PD Low Command is due to Attention Special.

Very helpful person to everyone including me; one of the reasons why I am a MSGT on the other hand doesn't seem to be ready for command and didn't bring up enough reasoning for why he should be LT and why he wants to be LT.

I hate minus supporting applications, but please do not get discouraged from this.

You're a great guy, but there is just so many flaws within this application, and the reasons for you to want to become a Lieutenant are vague. The reasons you do have provided are decent at best.
I believe you need more time before becoming a member of Low Command. You were also encouraged by me to wait another week and take time on your application which you carelessly overlooked. 
I hope to see you in low command one day, I just cannot in good conscience +Support your application today.
