I used to be staff on another server kinda 2 years back were i handled alot of sits such as RDM/Racism etc. I personally think i was a pretty good staff because the sits ended up in being solved with evidence mostly of the time. (Can be any length): I believe i deserve the rank because i love the server and i am higly dedicated to the server a and wish to help out more in the community such as in game/forums if i can and i am very active on the server and recruiting active staff in my opinion is worth much. I do handle sits pretty well because i am calm with the people in the sit and make sure everyone gets to speak from thier side. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: If someone was mass RDMing and continued to disrespect me I would mute/gag them and then attempt to get both sides of the story and tell them how its gonna be so i can talk in peace without him/her continues of cursing and then i would check the amount of people they had killed. I would then call a higher level admin to ban them for 5 days. If there are no higher admin on atm i would get the evidence and request a ban for the person.

(Can be any length) I believe that I deserve this rank because I have been apart of gaming light community and within the servers for a while nearly a year. I try to be active during school. Since I have the time now. I have learned so much for the past few months within this server I have currently 0 warns on all servers. Now, that I am applying for staff again my reasons for this is to improve the server, and keep growing a strong community. On week days I play 4-9 hours on weekends I'm active 15 hours. Again I'm now starting to be constantly active. Mainly I want to help everyone and keep growth in the server and continue this positive staff team. I know rules and I help some storm troopers that have questions and etc. In the best way as possible. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Firstly, I will separate both of them and talk to each of them calmly and of course help them calm down in all ways possible. If the person starts to give me problems or a question that I can't answer or not sure I will contact Mod+ to help assist with this issue. I will tell them to explain how it happened what's the story etc. If the person does cooperate I will talk to him calmly get answers and evidence, then settle the Mrdm and simply warn the person to next time not to do that since it is prohibited in the rules. After the incident I will go invisible and observe them until everything is good and go on with my duty.

(150 Word Minimum): I believe that i deserve to be apart of the gaming light staff team because i have been playing the server for a while now I have almost 4 weeks on the server and ever since i joined gaming light i have looked up to staff and they have taught me a lot not only in-game but in real life as well and even though i may not meet every staff member i still look up to them because everyone starts somewhere. I know some people look at me as a mean attitude and immature but when i first joined the server i was a minge but i was also going through one of the hardest times in my life and i just didn't know if i wanted life anymore but these wonderful people on this server showed me the light and i just wish i could get to know everyone because i am truly responsible, respectful, and very positive i might get a little serious at times but it happens and i feel like if i were on the staff team not only could i show people who i really i am i could pay it back to the people that i have disrespected and to the ones that helped me out the most. I would be active everyday i am on everyday no matter what and i would be helping people everyday because as staff when you apply you are accepting to be responsible with staff and give it your all just like anything else. and i am ready to accept that. and i am capable to hold the responsibility of being staff i have read over the hand book multiple times and the !MOTD. I would really like to be apart of the staff team and help out around the server and just be there for anyone who needs someone at anytime. First, I would bring the person that made the sit and also the person that the sit was called against. I would then let the person that called the sit talk first then i would ask the person who the sit was called on, there side and if they started cursing i would give them 2 warnings to calm down and stop if they didnt i would gag them and check logs to see if they did MASS RDM and if i see that they did i would ungag them give them one more chance to talk and if they didnt i would continue to warn them for Staff Diss | Mass RDM. I would also call for another staff member to Ban the player for 5 days.

(150 Word Minimum) History I have been active on this community for a long time now, I feel as if I should give back and help those enjoy the server as much as I do, without the annoyance of minges. Referring to my staff history, I have a lot of time spent on staff positions in all kinds of roleplay areas. If you want a begin and end to my staff positions, refer to my profile description on steam. But most important of them all, my experience in DarkRP. It's the most relevant staff experience I have compared to this server, minus it's usual 110+ players... Skills in Staffing and Theoretical Dedication To cut straight to the point, I'm efficient at taking and handling sits, as well as maintaining a professional and respectful attitude. And theoretically, if I do recieve a position within the staff team, I will ensure that I am on consistently and actually 'Administrating', instead of ignoring my duties as a staff member. I also do not need to be babysit and won't cause drama or issues within the community. I work to enhance RP and to help the rule abiding player. Knowledge of PoliceRP As I have stated above with my join date, I have been on many different departments, some having been removed. I will be able to act as a guide to many players with any questions regarding departments and basic roleplay questions. Begin by muting and or gagging the person, which usually is followed by their desperate attempts to run from the sit, so freeze them if it does occur. Begin to explain what they did and why it is negative to the RP environment. Before continuing with the warning process, I will ask if they have any questions or conerns, unmuting them for a short period if they have anything legitimate to say. Then as I said before, continue to punishment.
