I know the rules well and I believe I will be able to guide my fellow police officers and subordinates into the best they could be so they too can become a important part of this community, just as I had when I got my first real promotion. I have been recommended by many of the PD Command Members including Captain Hotshot and now here we are. Have a nice day and please consider my application so I can help the Police Department to the best of my ability. I will assure that the department is doing there jobs on crime scenes and in situations. In addition, I will ensure that all SGT+ are training cadets and training them correctly along with making sure that all police departments are following the rules to the best of their ability. I will also bring/add on to the discipline and make sure PD follows the COC(Chain Of Command). Finally, I will make sure that there is no fooling around or disrespect towards any other departments!!! I joined this community and quickly jumped at the opportunity to be a Police Officer. I quickly rose through the ranks with great leaders such as Matthew, Zage, Rubin, Cashtag, and Alex who have made me a better officer and person. Eventually, over time I have also joined and I am currently and SGT for the True North State Police and their Civil Emergency Response Team. I am also currently a Lieutenant with the True North Emergency Medical Services. Over time I had gained the respect of many officers and members of Low and High Command for many departments, both retired and active. Over my time as Lieutenant and before as a Sergeant and higher I have trained and mentored many new cadets and Patrol Officers, and I am proud to say that many of them are now experienced Sergeant Majors, and possibly even Lieutenants alongside me. Hopefully, you all feel I am ready for the leadership position as Captain and give me the opportunity to serve this department to the best of my abilities, and I can make better memories with all of you with the upcoming weeks, months, and possibly even years. Rank You are Applying For: Lieutenant In-Game Name: Torty SteamID: STEAM_1:1:22669184 Current Rank: Sergeant Major How long have you been in your current rank?: 3 weeks and (4-5 days) (premmision from COL zage about 2 weeks ago) What timezone are you in?: Eastern Standard Time How many Warns do you have? 0 Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): To start off with, a week and and a few (maybe 2 weeks) days ago (about) i put up a LT app and then took it down cause i realized i needed more time, recently i have hit three weeks (with the SM role). And i saw that was minimum, so i decided to wait after waiting a few more days i thought why not give it another try. so i am going to put this one out in hopes that i can get accepted in to low command in PD. now to start off with why i think i should be promoted. number one i took the constructive criticism from the other app and put more time into PD and put hours a day on training cadets. i have really wanted to be inside of low command since i joined around September 10th. (it will be a dream come true if i get accepted). i have also tried to show leader ship, driving is still a bit hard but i am getting a lot better at it as time goes on. i have attended to most PD meetings and have a good time in PD. i have gotten very nice relationships with PD supervisors and low command. i have as well been helping anyone that has questions if they ask me. i have also been enjoying training so if i do get LT i will definitely still keep on training. i will also be able to help with PD meeting and be extremely active. Another thing is i have been giving ride along (if i dont have to get off after training) to OFCs that i or someone else has recently trained. as well as helping them on there journey to to SNR. i have also tried to take care of OFCs and other people that are not doing something right by telling them how to do it. Hello there! So, instead of mainly doing promotions Emergency Medical Services of True North will now also be doing Applications for Lieutenant! They will be posted on the forums and titled properly and so people may understand it. Please remember, this is an application not only to become a Lieutenant but also part of Command. DO NOT PUT IN AN APPLICATION IF LT SPOTS ARE FILLED; PLEASE WAIT UNTIL A SPOT OPENS UP. Some Guidelines are: To be an "LT" you must a Lead Paramedic for 1+ weeks. MUST be Active in EMS and in-game. Be well known throughout the Department or the Community. Must not have 2+ strikes. -Here is the format for the Lieutenant application.- (Make a SEPERATE Forums post in the EMS Section).
