I wanna start by saying I'm sorry if I have made myself look worst than I actually am. I'm going to try harder to get better and get a better rep with people. The reason this has came to my attention is because of 2 applications that I made, 1 app was all -Supports except for 1. The other is currently all -Supports as well. I hope I will be able to get more active within the community and the different departments that I am in. It's hard to have to come on here and be active so I can stay in a position that I am in so I can keep having fun. If you see any Long LOA's and/or 48 Hour Notices this is why. ^ I would like to give a thank you to a person that goes by the name of Nolan, Nolan helped me through difficult/confusing times. But I need to give a Special Thanks to Carpenter John for helping me through tough times. Sadly I haven't seen him on recently so I've been doing worst. I feel like I would be able to help the command with their/our jobs and be able to help control the PD in general. If I were promoted to LT in the Police Dept. I feel that I would have tons more fun, I would be MORE active in the Police Dept., and I would be able to help/fix mistakes, problems, corruption, or even just people that don't really understand what to do. I have been suggested by many and many command members that I should apply to get promoted to LT. I would have permission to have Police meetings and much more. Also, I am in BSI, State Trooper, FBI, and soon hopefully SWAT. Overall being in the LT Low Command rank in the Rockford Police Department would be an amazing thing to have. I can't wait to see all of the other command; Low and High members on the job while I am as well. **Extra Information: I am trying my best to get more active within the PD, But it is hard with 4 other departments. If I get promoted to LT I would try my hardest to increase by a lot as well. I think people would love me as staff because I am able to help people out if they have a problem with something that they have yet learned, or I can help them understand a rule that they might have broken. If I were accepted in to the staff rank on this lovely community it would be amazing. So many people have been telling me to reapply for staff since I got removed for inactivity. (forgot to make an LOA) Speaking of inactivity I am planning on making more time to play on staff, It will probably be hard at first because of the other departments that I am included in to. I really think I would do an amazing job as a staff member on the Gaminglight community. I have also learned from when I was a Trial Moderator then promoted to Moderator what I need to do differently and I am able to help more people out in the new ways that I have learned. When I was staff last people didn't have much hope for me just like I am expecting again. But they changed their minds after the work that I did to help out the server and the people. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first Minge them for 10,000 Seconds for the reason of Mass RDM. I would then Minge them for 600 Seconds for the reason of Player/Staff Disrespect.

I also believe there are many people that I could help understand the rules, or someone would want me to help them with any situation if it was serious or not. I've read the list of rules multiple times, and I think I understand all of the rules that have been well chosen. I do really think I deserve this Trial Mod Staff Ranking on Gaminglight Community. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If there was a person on the server that is Mass RDMing and then calling me names while in an admin sit I would choose to Minge the player and get a Higher Ranking staff in the community to give him a punishment that I might not be able to punish him with. Or the higher ranking staff could help me out with the situation if I was confused or did not know what to do with the player. From that point I would check the staff handbook to see what the punishment he/she should be given. At the end the player would be punished with a 10,000 second minge, warned for FailRP, NITRP, minge 600 seconds for Disrespect.
