    i agree

    it was fun when people got pulled over and they RP out the traffic stop. or when there is a raid on someone house the PD would stay outside and listen to command or who ever has control over the scene

    (I personally used to do this myself but only if its the same person stealing Gov cars purposefully minging)

    The guy could have tried to run away from him and Robby may have physgunned him to keep him still until he can put him in on-duty staff's hands

    Plus your video did not show him physgunning anybody at your angle it would have been good to see it before he phygunned instead of after because all I hear is "OOOHHH RePoRT HiM RePOrtHiM" (don't take any offense it's just people are such instigators on here it gets irritatingg)

    I'm gonna wait to hear from @Robby Peppers about his side on this one.

    In my opinion, since he did physgun him off duty I think he should be verbally warned unless he has done this prior.

    15.      I believe I deserve this rank because I make a good team leader, I will help out new members and other staff members if the need it. I never diss people. I always wanted to be staff because I love to help people, I think I would be a great help around the community. I like to think I am well known around the server. I am very active as a SM in PD so I will be even more active on staff I'm on almost everyday for 5+ hours. I have staffing experience on other servers as well as this one a while back. I would not give false warns, I would give warns with evidence. If I warn someone I will always reference back to the staff handbook. I like to feel like I'm a trusted member of the community. I have over 4 weeks of play time.

    16. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first bring them to a sit and tell them what's going to happen, I would tell them to calm down, if they don't I would gag them and tell them what's going to happen. then I would then bring the person who call for staff to the sit and hear there side of the story. Then I would ungag the Mass RDMer and ask to here there side of the story, If they keep swearing I would gag them again. then I would open the logs and get the proof I need to warn them tell him/her what Im warning him/her for and what's going to happen, then I would warn him/her for mass RDM and staff dis.  After I would call a higher staff member to ming him/she for 10,000 seconds.

     Hello, I'm Birdnest I have been in the Gaming Light Community for over a year, If I become a LT in the Police Department, I will be able to make it an even more enjoyable and friendly place to be. If something is wrong in the pd I will make sure to fix it the right way. I will deal with situations as calmly as I can, I will also be mature, I do not lose my temper quickly and I can deal with high stress situations. I can deal with officers who are creating a problem with in PD and the community. I can take in a lot of stress as well take control over situations like a bank raid, general store robbery, and kidnapping. I like to believe I am well known in the community. Thank you for reading my Application
