ImperialRP What was the reason for your ban (if you know it)? A very poorly worded and expressed message following a crash right before a big event Why do you deserve to be unbanned? In the moment I didn't fully process that what I said could be interpreted as me attempting to harm the server in some way, which I certainly would never want to. I've dedicated hundreds of hours in GL related responsibilities both in and out of game as a RP Officer/2x CMD Member/GM, I've made many friends from and because of this server I really hope that it doesn't come to an end over a single poorly thought over message I've been around for roughly a year and a half at this point being involved/active within the community (which can been seen by my forums acc aswell as thousands of messages within the actual discord) over that course I believe I have made positive contributions to the server through joining and being active in the Game Master Team, Suggestions both general and battalion based, aswell as generally positively interacting with others within the community. I sincerely apologize if I've insulted or offended someone with the way I conducted myself and in the future I'll be sure to watch what I say aswell as the way it could be perceived or taken, This Community Does mean alot to me which is why I am making this appeal

-/- Neutral While Willow Clearly has The Dedication, She's not quite living up to their full potential which i believe they've at least gathered from the very last and first paragraph(s) of question 3 what good leadership calls for ontop of having seniority as a CMD Officer, She has the foundation to prove they're capable. As a Former almost 9 Month CMD Officer i can tell you that your current position barely affects your ability to bring up or initiate proposals for changes infact where you find yourself now is perfect to show HCOM and Even Others your capability to step up/show what you've learned. What do you want to see?: Changing the permissions around and allowing Game masters to target staff members (or at least up to a certain point) when it comes to HPing, giving weapons etc Why should we add it?: i've found its been a reoccuring issue whenever im trying to get a staff member to participate in an sim or something we get a GM, and then we have to get someone of a higher rank within staff to target that one specific person and if we cant then we're just out of luck and they cant join in at all. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Salt Salamander||DT Vice Commander XO1||GM IV Salt|| Spectre 03 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Death Troopers (Commander) 3) Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? After progressing (More recently waiting for other battalion commitments to end) over the course of a Year and a Half I've grown attached and deeply involved within the battalion, even as an officer i stepped up above my regular tasks and assisted my VCMDR+ in his duties in all aspects as his peers were either removed, less then helpful or otherwise. I've learned every aspect of what it means and takes to be a competent command member and i believe its finally time for me to full send it and see how far I can go within the ranks. 4) How much game time do you have on the server? Roughly 95 Days In-Game, Well Over a Year Being Involved With the Community. 5) What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of being the commander of a battalion is to function as the "face" of the battalion, in my opinion there are three main purposes of a commander which cover the variety of duties. First of course is in document affairs ensuring that they are all up to date, reasonable and purposeful aswell as being fun for both those learning and teaching it so it doesn't turn into a pain to follow whatever type of document's they are, whether it be Tryouts or SOP's and Guidelines and coordinating solutions with VCMDR's, Overseers and in some cases Cross-Battalion Communication. Second, leading the battalion in day to day operations and problem solving conflict's where they arise, may they be foreign or domestic to the battalion and deescalating such situations through words while remaining understanding and unbiased to either side as well as setting examples to officers on how to handle such conflicts. organizing activities and officer efforts for the day I.E Flag-ups, Trainings and officer tasks while still leaving room for all members to "choose their own adventure" and giving them room to breath. Thirdly and Finally I believe another main component to being a battalion commander is leading by example and establishing an environment of trust, accountability and standards of conduct. A responsible leader has potential to inspire others to get involved with the RP, Operations and Community of a battalion Both in and out of game. I Believe I exhibit these qualities and will excel as a returning addition to the Commander team of GL. 6) Why should we trust you to be a commander?: I've proven myself in nearly every capacity expected of a command member within DT ontop of my previously long experience of 9+ Months as a VCMDR/CMDR of Medical during which time I made massive improvements, worked cooperatively and left the battalion within a good and healthy state with a strong base of people within it all while still being a DT Officer and Sub-Battalion Lead Fully Meeting Standards. I've been a member of DT for just under a year and a half during which time I'd personally like to think I've made a meaningful impact on the battalion which I hope serves as enough evidence of my dedication and care for DT. 7) How often can you be Online? : Easily 4-5 hours per day at the least as well as being available around the clock on discord 8; Do you have any Warnings? The meaning of this is for heavy conflicts, to have a slightly more heavier damaging sniper could be beneficial to the squad and all operations hosted by TI-23. As well as the utility, DC-19LE (not seekers gun) carbine will assist V07 in his tasks and operations while aboard the base and on missions by opening up more options for engaging hostiles whatever the range. He does have some like the booster bacta, fusion cutter in shotgun, but we believe giving him the following above will better suit him while also allowing him to control and lead his squad in a better way never done before as he is able to fill in or assist at any given role without swapping; should there be a absence of a squad member of an overwhelming situation for another. To fix this we are proposing to give him the Smoke grenade to give him cover if he needs to retreat, the TL50 for close combat encounters to better assist him in combat, the deployable shield to help him have cover in harsh and deadly situations or encounters. Other Suggestion Format: What do you want to see?: Addition of 2 Features to the Squad Shield in use by medical personnel. 1st) the ability to turn off the squad shield. This is extremely helpful for when we need to move up, stop obstructing an area and allow friendlies to shoot past, bring it down so vehicles can pass and to make it easier to take it down if we accidentally place it or misposition it. It also just makes sense for us to be able to manually turn it off instead of having to wait the timer out. The cooldown would still work how it does normally by taking the Up time and doubling it as the cooldown. for example if you have it up for 10s then take it down there's a 20s cooldown 2nd) add a menu for selectable duration times, for example have the base be the 30s it is now, then 45s then 1m being the max. Why should we add it?: increases the funtionality and appeal of the squad shield and adds quality of life features that improve how we can use it in the day to day events etc. What are the advantages of having this?: Increases the versatility and uniqueness of our equipment aswell as opens more possibilities for how we can/do use these. Developments; 5-Minutes: Upon infection via biting or ingestion of contaminated materials any KIA personnel will be "reanimated" aswell as any still alive infected will immediately notice micro sized "bugs" swarming their bloodstream/skin and sealing any wounds to prevent material loss. 10-Minutes: micro bugs begin to gather and repurpose biological material from the body and constructs a type of synaptic relay to connect the host's body and the "Hive Lord", the structure housing the relay is capable of independent movement and is capable of infecting another host should its original one be.. No witnesses to the project aside from imperial personnel are allowed; lethal force is authorized. 1784-B entities can be destroyed via blaster fire, explosives and flame projectors should imperial's come into direct engagements. Deployable Shield: to provide a more consistent hard cover for protecting other MC during their field operations, protecting friendly personnel and for using as cover to reach those who die on the front lines of a mission. Ammo Dispenser: -adds something for AUT to make it worth joining as there are currently only 4 who even have the cert -increases MC support capability -reduces MC's reliance on the chance of a heavy from another battalion in order to be effective with our bacta grenades in the field -helps other units in the field by adding another job that can provide ammo as they run out often Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so why? They will benefit the server as it means the MC corps have a more versatile class that can assist them through more ways on the battlefield and provide a wider range of support more effectively. It’s also fair because this update to the kit is purely to bring the gear of AUT up to date aswell as providing more defensive capabilities and another kind of support being brought to the frontlines. Infection Method: Spore Inhalation, Skin Contact and Consumption of Contaminated Water/Food Symptom(s): Cough, Scale Irritation, Increased Appetite, Weakening of Bones, Advancing Fatigue, Blindness, Later In Infection Cycle: Fusing With Material Within Contact, Advanced Apraxia, Trachea Collapse. Life Cycle: After Infection of the host a cyst forms within or attached to the brain within Hour One, after this the behavior of the afflicted becomes "Erratic, Extremely Paranoid, Reckless and Anti Social" After 2 Hours the host begins to feel the affects of extreme hunger, fatigue and sight/motor function begins to become more imposing. Additionally Yellow-Beige discolourment appear on scales around limbs and neck. 2.5-3 Hours All symptoms that weren't previously afflicting the victim suddenly come down like a hammer hitting them all at once reducing them to a dead/dying mess attached to something with the discolouration spreading and eventually covering every scale on the victim. After Death: After the victim is diseased the discolourment of the scales begins to harden. Internally Liquefactive Necrosis is rapidly liquifying everything under the scale plates, reducing them to a blue tinted oil like substance. Another cyst develops in the throat area which begins constructing capsules that leak from the head with the liquid, inside the capsules are spore's containing viral DNA/RNA of "Rust Scale" which detonate and become air borne after contact with open air. TEST DEPLOYMENTS: Acting on intel provided by locate garrison's a Tie Reaper provided by ISB's A.W.R Division was loaded with a squadron of 69th Pararescue personnel and covertly deployed in the area, soon reaching the target vessel using jetpacks. Upon reaching the ship they scanned for the closest air duct to the hull plating and inserted a energy syringe (typically used for breaching chitin shells) They injected in "Rust Scale" which immediately spread throughout the vents. To avoid compromising themselves or the ship's integrity the energy syringe was boosted to the point where on exit of the hull it sealed it due to the pure heat. Within four hours the ship went silent and a probe droid was sent in, All pirates exhibited advanced infection signs and were non responsive. Test was deemed a success. Conclusion Weapon developed, stockpiled and ready for deployment at the authorization of SHC+ HEAVILY recommended that incendiary weapons or ordinance be on standby to cleanse the area.

-Support In my opinion as a Senior Officer within IQ you should already be capable of answering most questions within your own battalion and should already be taking initiative within the officer corp aswell by ensuring and assisting them in their duties. for the answer the question 5 it seems a bit vague on the purpose and duties of a command member and the first two points are arguably already your duty as a Senior officer Claims to be active everyday but isn't reflected on roster reasons to "trust you as commander" doesn't seem to hold a lot of content or identifiable reasons +Support * Dedicated time and effort to the IQ/Purge battalions * Making an effort to improve * Clean History of warnings
