  1. +support Maybe not NLR, but a distance req? Have to come down while surrendered/hands up? Out tac to bank and maybe? No park our or movement buffs till leaving bank? Still gives crim an advantage and leaved player reparticipation up to skill?
  2. Honestly kinda torn on this one, since vanguard is invisible, kinda hard to 100% say it's them physguning, but through context can definitely be inferred. However, I think flat out removal is far to extreme, everyone has a lapse in judgement from time to time, however I would suggest a staff strike, should the further investigation warrant any disciplinary action. @ICEFOXYTI would like to hear your side of the story, and until I do, I will remain neutral. -------------------------------------------- EDIT: As it's been ample time for Vanguard to provide their side of the story, and it hasn't been provided, given the context written and what can be inferred from the clip, I have no choice but to give a +SUPPORT.

(150 Word Minimum) I want to preface this by explaining that I don't think, quote un quote, that I deserve this. I was allowed to be staff on PoliceRP once before, and due to some real life issues, I was forced to take a very abrupt hiatus away from many things, GamingLight included. This not being the place to go into detail about personal issues, I would just like to emphasize that I am back, and I am not going anyway any time soon. I think I would be fit to return to staff and work my way back up the ladder because of my past experience. I very much enjoyed assisting players on the server day to day, and would gladly jump at the chance to return to doing so. Pairing my past experience staffing for PoliceRP and my pre-existing knowledge of how the current admin tools are used, I would be a candidate that would need less guidance, and would be able to jump right into the thick of it. I also am familiar with issues that can only be addressed by JMT and /or SMT and the protocol for reporting those issues and where they need to be reported to. With all the above in mind, I would very much enjoy a chance to come back as staff for PoliceRP. For the benefit of the players on the server, and fellow members of the current staff team. I appreciate your time, and I hope to hear the teams response soon! How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? In this sense, I would gag/mute them, inform them that their current behavior would only hurt them in the long run, and explain to them the consequences of the actions they have shown. Afterwards, I would check their warns, take a look at their ban profile, and decide further action from there. If this is a first offense, I would stick them in an admin jail, warn them for MRDM, and kindly inform them that it would be within their best interest to read the MOTD. If they have shown a pattern of this behavior, I would stick them in an admin jail until someone with the proper authority to ban is available to assist with the sit, These questions are only for people applying for Admin/Senior Admin/Super Admin: -What would you do if you think a player is an alt account?   6. What you want to see? - I would like to see the XP System either rebalanced or have timed xp handouts increased. Why should we add it? - There are many jobs that are locked behind specific level requirements to and gaining levels takes far too long in my opinion. Having the XP system rebalanced might just bring more appeal and increase server activity due to some of the jobs people can unlock at certain levels. What are the advantages of having this? - Being able to level up faster would me access to more jobs in a faster manner, which might bring some renewed interest to GamingLight from current/past players. This would lead to an increase in PoliceRPs activity and playercount, which admittedly has been dwindling recently. Who is it mainly for? - Everyone Links to any content - N/a

I would like to become a member of the support team to forward my long standing goal of helping the community grow. I believe that in becoming a member of the Support team, not only can I assist current members of the community resolve any issues they may have, I can also help any new members of the community troubleshoot any issues they may have connecting to any of the gaminglight platforms. I would like to bring my knowledge of the different platforms GL uses (GMod, TeamSpeak, Discord) to the support team to assist any member of the community with any issues they may encounter. I have plenty of knowledge of discord's inner workings in particular, as I have set up/moderated a plethora of of different servers for several small/mid sized communities. I would also like to mention that I have basic networking knowledge, so troubleshooting connection issues tends to come naturally to me. Why should we trust you to become a member of the Support Team? I work as a support representative in real life, so dealing with tickets and helping people troubleshoot issues is not a problem for me. I have been a CSR for the past 5 years, and am currently a CSR Supervisor for the company I work for. I would like also mention that I have been GL staff for about two months now, and have not had any notable issues at this time. I would like to believe that with the aforementioned information, this would make me a trustworthy and capable member of the support team. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? My greeting would be something akin to this: "Hello, @UserNameHere, I am Illusions, a member of the GL Support Team. Sorry to hear you're having these issues. Give me a moment to review your ticket and I will be back with you as soon as possible."
